Participated in the 8 Weeks to Wellness program with Nancy over a year ago. I have continued ever since on a weekly basis to utilize her expertise and guidance to establish a fitness routine that has me feeling better and in better shape than I have been in years before entering the program. The combination of cardio, stretching, weight training at the Center and with a program that I can easily incorporate at home has me enjoying my senior years with the vigor and vitality needed to fully participate. The addition of therapeutic massage and adjustment has eliminated the pain I initially walked into the Center and allows for immediate attention to problem areas as they arise. It is a regular part of my weekly life routine!
