I just completed one full year of working with Nancy. It all started with the 8 weeks to wellness program and then continued with once a week sessions to work on core, flexibility and strength. Nancy's knowledge and innovation keeps the exercises fresh and challenging making for an interesting weekly workout. The once a week session also helps to keep me on track with my home workouts and the opportunity for much needed feedback and advise from Nancy. The year went by quickly and I enjoyed so much that I just signed up for another six months.
