Well I really like Dr Evangelista. Since I have been going to his office 13 years ago (Suzzane Borges Office at the time) I haven't gone anywhere else for my dental needs. So after 4 years of not going to the dentist due to no insurance, I had to go as I had a crown break. I went to the office and booked a appointment with Dr Shaw as Dr Evangelista is only in a few days a month now. :( My appointment was at 12pm. I was there on time. Waited in the waiting room for 20 min. No one said sorry for the wait or the Dr is running a little behind or anything. 12:20 I was brought back to the exam area. I was told the dr will be with you shortly. I waited there with no one saying anything for 20 min. I was very disappointed. I never remember waiting that long with out a expression of Dr is running behind or something. Definately not Dr Evangelistas sttyle that I remmeber. After meeting Dr Shaw.. I have to say it was worth the wait as she was very kind and thorough with the exam and explanations. So overall I am appreciative but feel they need to be more attentative when running so far behind and communicate.
