Great service, friendly staff, honest, and good prices. They told me what was wrong with my car and gave me options to fix it (in the order of importance), they even told me what to hold off on until I could afford it. I'm happy to have found an auto repair shop that I feel like I can trust. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody that asked.

I had heard great things about the Proshop so when my car needed maintenance you guys were the first ones I called. Sadly my experience was less than what I deem acceptable. I brought my car in for just a diagnostic test. I had an appointment at 1 and Nathan assured me that I would be out of there in an hour. I asked that he call me when the car was finsihed because I needed to get back to work. 4 hours passed by and I ended up running to the Proshop to see what had happened to my car. It had been diagnosed but only within 30 minutes of me getting there. I walked in and Nathan was on the phone, gave me my keys, and mouthed "I'll call you." 4 days went by and I still had yet to get a phone call from your business. I eventually called your business up and asked what seemed to be the problem with my diagnostic check. I found I needed a oxygen censor to be replaced and you guys ordered a part and had me scheduled the following day. I dropped off my car with a friend of mine and we went back into town to get some grocery's when on highway 191 we saw my car with the pedal to the floor fly past us. I then pulled over and proceeded to watch where my car went and when it would come back. After 10 or so minutes my car came back going extremely fast again and took a sharp turn into your shop. I was angry and furious that my car was being treated with no respect at all. I expressed my concerns to Nathan paid for my car and left with a sour taste in my mouth. I appreciate how quickly you got parts in for me, but when it comes to how myself and my car were treated I can say that both were treated with no respect. Great job of the mechanical end of things, but a well below average job on helping my experience with your company one that I would like to go back to.

The front office is great and friendly. The service that I have done on both of my vehicles has been very well done. I go here to get all of my major fluids changed out. At times not all the information gets passed to the mechanics from the front office. between the front office and the mechanics. Also, they did leave a tool in my car and I had to return it. I have really enjoyed doing business here and it is not too far from Rexburg. Very reasonable drive.

I took my car to your shop because it was smoking from the engine after we would drive it for around 10 minutes. We explained that it was an old car and that we only drive it a few times a week. And so before you do anything that would cost money to let us know. Nathan agreed that's what would happen. We also explained that we weren't sure where the smoke was coming from, but that I had lost alot of antifreeze in the past week. After keeping the car over for two nights I was disappointed to learn that all that was checked was for oil leaks. (That I already knew we had) and on top of that, there would be a $60+ diagnosis charge that I never agreed too. Obviously at this point I was not happy. After going over options the guy settled with me to do an oil change for $32 and that he would wave the diagnosis charge. I explained I just had an oil change in this car a month ago and have put on around 200 miles since then. Seemed like a big waist to me. But I wasn't going to pay 60. Least 30 was a little better. So I felt forced to do that. When getting my car I requested to see where the leak where. After some frustration he got me the mechanic. Aaron explained to me what he found. (Which I already knew there was oil problems.) He said he wasn't informed about the antifreeze issue. He volunteered to check it for me without additional cost. He got his equipment and looked at what he could. Aaron was very nice to me and my wife.
