The spa itself is wonderful! I always have a great experience.

The front desk staff was friendly, the facility was clean. I was unhappy with the person who did my facial because she wasn’t friendly. I’ve had her one other time and this time I decided to go in a be kind to her in hopes that maybe it was just a rough day for her last time. She continued to make comments about how bad my skin was and refused to do the service I had gone in for. Next time, I will be requesting a specific person to avoid having a negative experience with her. I left the spa feeling poorly about myself instead of relaxed.

I went in for a relaxation massage on a recent Sunday morning. It was comforting and I appreciated my masseuse's concern for my well-being. I also got to experience the hot tub all to myself. great morning indeed!

The spa itself is wonderful! However, I got a facial and the esthetician was so rude! I have gotten many facials at this place and I have loved them. The person I had was someone I have had one other time and she treated me rudely then as well. Her name is Paulina and each time I’ve had her I leave feeling bad about my face. She makes snide comments about how I must never take care of my skin. I will be asking for Lauren next time. I heard she is much better! I always recommend this place to people, but I will be recommending that people avoid Paulina if they don’t want to be treated poorly.

Sitting areas seem a bit dated but the services I received were excellent. Showers were amazing and the amenities provided were very nice.
