The Spa Ritual is Quality Assurance Accredited by Leading Spas of Canada, and won the Sustainability Award in 2010 and the Quality Assurance Award in 2011 from Leading Spas of Canada.
The Spa Ritual is the only spa in North America to have received the International SpaExcellence Certification in 2010, and through continuous improvement processes, has receive the highest level of SpaExcellence Certification (Level 4) in the world in September 2011.
