Staff is nice and the versa is really good. My only issue is the fact that the rooms haven't been cleaned on two occasions that I have gone and I didn't notice until I was ready to go in for the treatment. Luckily the robes are there so I didn't have to get completely dressed and ask the staff for a towel and/or head cover. Given the amount of money that I pay to use the service, it would be nice if the staff was a little bit more diligent with cleaning the rooms and providing towels and hair cover.

Got an airbrush and the color is beautiful. It transformed my blah, speckled skin into a much more appealing summer look....without the sun damage. My airbrush applier was soooooo sweet, and through. She made sure everything was to my expectations and was very professional at the same time. The product changed since my last visit a few months ago, its darker and I love it. I am definitely going back. Loving the new product.

Have had my membership for a few years, but had to take time off due to an extensive travel schedule for many months. Now that I've returned, I love the new additions and upgrades made during my absence. Excited to use all of the new equipment! The staff continues to be very friendly and the Spa is immaculate, as always. Love coming here!

At the time of my visit ( Irvine location) , there were two girls helping clients by assigning them to proper beds. I was new to the tanning spa. My personal preference was to have a person manually spray me.
The Asian girl that sign me up originally assigned me to VersaTan spray machine even though I was very hesitant and my preference was to go with a person who would spray tan me herself instead of machine ( I told her that I have a big event to go to and want to make sure I am evenly tanned). She told me that She will walk me through the process and will talk to me once I am in VersaTan machine and will tell me when to turn and so on.
Once the process started, the Asian girl did not walk me through the process as she promised me originally and it was very hard for me to hear the speaker of the machine itself through out the process due to load noice of the matchin itself. I ended up with very unsatisfactory results.
The Asian girl whom I was her client to start with was so indifference of the outcome/results BUT Nicole came back and helped me ( even though I was not her client originally).
I believe Nicole went above and beyond & actually cared and she tried her best to help me out when she saw how unhappy I was with the result.
I ended up paying much more than originally anticipated ($74 total) to have the issue fixed.
