The CPA work itself was fine - we got a thorough job done at a reasonable cost. There was a complete breakdown in communications with everyone else on the staff. They told them up front on March 28th we would need to file an extension due to work locations and travel. So late on April 14th we're called to pick up our package and for both of us to be there to sign the efile paperwork - which wasn't physically possible and they knew in advance. The receptionist also told me the estimated payment must be made on April 15th. In the package, Barry says by October 15th. I had to ask twice if an extension had been filed, while the receptionist first responding that I didn't need one, then said she wasn't sure, then checked with the folks in the back and said yes, it had. I'm still not sure if it was done.
