I am a client for over 10 years. My hair stylist is Ashley White. Yesterday, I called for a blow out not a wash and blow, which I know is about $30-$35 depending on length of hair. I hurt my shoulder so could not blow out my own hair. The young lady who did my hair was very nice but I wanted my hair straight. That was the first thing, then I go to pay and the receptionist was unsure of what to charge me so she decided to go into my history. Well Ashley charges me $35 for wash, blow and she straightens my hair with iron. I could not believe that the girl charged me $35.00 to just blow my hair. THAT is RIDICULOUS!!!! Never in all the years have I gone to this Salon have I been even appreciated. I only go because Ashley has been my stylist for years. This situation yesterday was the icing on the cake. I am disappointed and will not refer another customer.
Receptionist should be taught customer service and not tell customers I don't know there is no one here on Monday 's. Unacceptable answer.

Good morning Liza, this is Holly the W Salon and Spa manager. First, let me start by saying that we have greatly appreciated and enjoyed your business for the last 10 years. I apologize if there was any misunderstanding that occured during your last visit. All of our hair services include a complimentary shampoo. Our salon prices for a blowdry are between $30-$40 depending on the stylist and also the length and thickness of the hair. I will put a $5 credit on your account for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. Again, we appreciate your business and we look forward to it in the future.

Aesha Mills is the best! Always very friendly and professional. She does the best pedicure and pink and whites. My other service was with Michelle Block Weston. I have been going to Michelle for over 20 years. I would follow either one of them.
