I've never expressed this in my visits, but there are more convenient dentist offices near my home/work. But I can't bring myself to leave because it is rare to find an office that truly cares about their patients. The hygenist (Susana) that works on me remembers details about my life/home/job that my family forget. I don't know how she does it. Dr. McKenny has put together a great team at every position in his office. It would be much more convenient to go to a different dentist, but I can't bring myself to leave because I am treated so well here. Thanks!
