The young lady that cleaned my teeth was unnecessarily rough. I had blood pooling in the bottom of my mouth. I've never had that happen before. At one point, I had to pull her hand away from me and ask her to stop. Also, she repeatedly stopped working on my mouth then use a pen to write something on my chart then return to working on my mouth. At no point did she wash her hands or remove the gloves. I do not think this was sanitary as I have no idea where the pen came from. Lastly, she said my teeth showed signs of bone deterioration and my root was exposed. Dr. Cooke never mentioned anything about this. I don't think it is her place to make a diagnosis. The reason my mouth was hurting so much was directly related to her rough treatment. As I mentioned before I've never experienced anything like this, however because I like the staff and Dr. Cooke, l continue to use you as my dentist.
