Very disappointed that when I went to pick up my two pair of glasses that had been sent in for a "redo," still weren't correct.
It is the goal of our doctors and staff to meet and exceed the expectations of each of our patients. Any opportunity where this does not happen is looked into, as we did in this situation. After discussions with the outside lab used in this situation, it was determined by that lab that they had incorrectly pulled the lenses used for this job and failed to properly identify this mistake before returning the glasses to us. All documentation returned to us indicated the work was done properly to our requests and specifications. The lab involved has proven to be extremely reliable to us in the past, and has taken full responsibility for their miscommunication and mistake. The lab is working with our staff to get this corrected as soon as possible, and regrets any dissatisfaction this may have caused to the patient and our office.
