My first experience with the new on-line appointment making did not work. I called when no one showed up at my requested time and was told "it's new" or "it's doesn't always work." Not very confidence inspiring. To their credit they did put their head guy on the phone and he attempted to walk me through my problem. Still not fixed, so I just did a hard study on my irrigation control instruction manual and am currently running through the system to make sure it works before we leave for any considerable time. I'm sure the bugs will work out with Thompsons. They are a good company. Thanks for asking.
