My dog had her sutures removed from her surgery. I would have liked to been able to talk to vet afterwards. Just for follow up. I thought that return visit I would have included a few minutes with the vet especially since I was in one day prior to get medication due to her incision being a bit infected. However I did not ask to see nor speak with vet again just thought it was part of the follow up. Over all I am very satisfied with the staff and vets. The staff up front really is very kind and patient with everyone no matter how busy they may be. Extra props to them for keeping calm and cool when they have an owner who is a bit of a handful. I have never witness anything but professional attitudes from all the girls up front. I know from personal experience how hard a front desk can be and they do an excuse job!

Dr White always listens to my concerns and gives honest answers back. We have only been seeing him for 2 years with my 15 year old Boston, Elly, but from day 1 he has had a genuine concern for her well being. Highly recommended.

Tidmore Veterinary Hospital took womderful care of Rimshot when he was hit by a car. They did not complain once when we went by for visits.

I was greeted nicely by the reception staff. Had a very short wait time, maybe five minutes. When taken back, by technician, all questions answered. Was in and out very quickly.
