The hygienist was on time with my appointment and did a very thorough job. I require crown for a cracked tooth, but I was not pressured into getting work done immediately. The office staff did a great job of obtaining an estimate from my insurance so that I can then determine when I could have the work done.

I have been a patient for 20 years and highly recommend Dr Richards and his awesome staff.

Because of Hurricane Harvey my regular dentist's office was closed for a week. I lost a crown the first night of the storm. I went to Dr Richards office hoping I might be able to be seen. The staff was as friendly as if I had been a long time patient. I was whisked through the paperwork and put in an examining room immediately. Dr Richards got me put back together in no time at all. Thank you Dr Tillman and staff for the fantastic service.
