As we mentioned to you on the phone, we apologize that you were unhappy with your service. We pride ourselves in our work and strive to insure that every client loves their hair. This is why we have our policy in place that we will gladly make any adjustments to your hair within two weeks of your appointment to make sure our guests are always completely satisfied. Unfortunately, with your case, we were not given the opportunity to make those simple adjustments. Your goal of platinum blonde on dark hair in one session is not realistic to keep the integrity of your hair strong. The steps of going platinum is very much a multiple appointment process, especially on dark hair, and we do apologize if this wasn?t clear enough in your consultation. If you change your mind to make the drive over, we will be more than happy to make the adjustments you would like. Thanks!
