Take your car here if you want to be taken advantage of. They will lie about things being wrong with your car and charge you double the price compared to other places. We've had two instances where we paid a high price for work and the work was not up to standards. They also broke my dash in the process of "fixing" my car.

Recently took my Ford to Tim's for an A/C check and to have Freon put in. They told me they put in close to a pound of Freon and that my compressor was going out on the A/C. The air was blowing cool when I took the car in for service - wasn't cooling the car well, but was blowing some cool air. When I paid and left, the car was no longer blowing any cool air at all. I thought well, maybe it is just extra hot today and I am just stop/go driving in town so I let it go. It continued to blow nothing but warm air. Took it to another mechanic in another state, without telling them what I had been told - asked them to check the Freon level. I watched them hook up gauges and there was NO FREON at all in the car. They added Freon and the car is now blowing cold air. Just a warning to single ladies - be careful! Especially if you don't know anything about cars!

It is possible that I might have a leak or the compressor could be going out, but it was odd that it immediately began to blow warm air when I left the shop and had NO freon a few days later when I had some-one else check it. Is it possible that Tim's could have faulty gauges or employees that are too busy or are not very good at their jobs? Or maybe using a coupon for a discount causes you to get bad service? Just my thoughts.

I had chosen this mechanic based on their being voted the "Best in NW Arkansas" for several years - but if this is the best that NW Arkansas has to offer, well I don't want my car serviced in NW Arkansas!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Tim's Automotive. My truck broke down approximately 50 miles from Bentonville at 8:00 pm and Tim's Automotive came and towed it back to their shop for repair. Knowing that they have 24 Hour tow service was a blessing by itself.

Servicing my automobile was also excellent. The price for the repairs were half of what other people

would charge and quoted by other competitors, I highly recommend Tim's for anyone to use.

They were amazing, I work for a company and the home office is in Virginia Beach, my representative was broke down on the side of the road 20 or so miles away. They were able to take my direction over the phone to my representative's truck, so he could go meet with our customer. Then picked him and the truck up after he was done towed him back to the shop fixed his truck and had him on his way back to Missouri. All within 4 hours!!! Great Customer Service!!! Recommend to everyone!!!
