We appreciate your continued business. That's a great idea about sending the pictures. I've done that in the past for some customers and would be more than happy to do that for you. We've even looked at software to make that process work smoothly. Until that happens, you may have to ask, but we'll be glad to send you pictures of recommended parts, or videos showing movement if it's a part that is recommended to be replaced due to excessive movement/wear.

Our discussion of the schedule should have been held in private and we apologize if that made you feel uncomfortable. Regarding the timing however, we do ask for up to one hour for our oil change appointments and that is because we do much more for you. We give you a courtesy inspection which does take some time. You can opt out of the courtesy inspection if you choose; just let us know!

As you know we needed to make certain repairs in order to determine the root of your issues with your car. We explained this to you in advance. We did attempt to consult with you about how to get thru this unfortunate series of events as painless as possible but you didn't return our calls or show up to discuss when you said you were going to. We have made every attempt to try to satisfy you but we cant when you wont communicate with us.
