I brought my Fiance's Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change, tire rotation & balance.I was charged $37. for the rotation & balance. I told him I had a life of the tire road hazard & maintenance plan.He told me it was only 3 year which just ended 5 days ago.I picked up the Jeep & noticed the tires had not been rotated. [ I marked them]. I brought it back with my life time maintenance paper work.He tells me we are no longer honoring that service plan because we were bought out.Then I want my money back for paying for a service you are not supplying me with.He gave me a coupon for my next oil change. BIG F.... DEAL! I wont be going back to you for an oil change ! Then pick up the Jeep again and notice they moved the front tires straight back & the back tires straight forward! When I call him on it again he tells me you don't cross the front tires every rotation! B. S. I've been working on cars for 42 years. Don't try & B.S . me! I have been going to Tire works for years for all my vehicles.I will now be looking else where! Should I ever go to Tire Works for something I wont be going to Ann rd. location !!!

Mark Brought in Jeep for tire rotation and oil change, Mark paid for tire rotation, it was never done which makes me question if oil change was done. Mark noted gash in one of tires before he brought Jeep in. That tire still in same position on vehicle after he brought it home. Still waiting on resolution.
