Our whole family sees Dr. Hayes and are very happy with him. We first came to him 7 years ago for specialty night time contacts that only a couple doctors offer. This type of contact takes multiple visits to get the right prescription - Dr. Hayes did not limit the number of visits, but gave his time to make sure we had the right lenses. He is plessant and always pays attention to details.

This was my first visit and it was excellent! The facility was beautiful and clean (which is very important to me). But above all, the staff was very kind and efficient. Dr. Kline was excellent! Very informed and experienced! I did various tests that were thorough and everything was explained. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Nice new location, top equipment and freindly service once I arrived. The appointmant scheduling seemed a bit ineffective, first the card in the mail (that was good), then a phone call explaining that I didn't respond by phone I would lose the appointment slot shown on the card, then my call to the office to confirm was lost and they called a second time wondering if I was confirming or not. Seems like a lot of contact for a single appointment. I am glad they wanted to be sure I was coming, I realize the Dr.'s time is valuable but one all should have been enough. They must hav a lot of cancellations.
