Nick and Jesus are helpful and pleasant to communicate with. However, I would welcome and encourage more detailed explanation following examination of vehicle to enable more insight of proposed repairs. Not everyone is a "gear head," and may require

additional clarification to fully understand the proposed repairs and options to consider.

We started the day at one of the national Brake #### chain stores that is conveniently located by my home, looking for an alignment. They told us we needed tie rod ends, as well as new struts and shocks. We left and made an appointment with Toyo for the next day.

I brought our Kia across town to Toyo, as I should have the first time. They did a four wheel alignment for us and replaced nothing.

Honesty is hard to find, but Toyo has treated us right for a long time. Honesty is so much better than convenience!

Took my 19 year old car for oil filter change and preventive maintenance check. Car has 242,000 miles and Toyo has been taking care of it for last 10 years and 120,000 miles. Car runs great despite age. They do great job at reasonable prices and always advise when there are options in performing repair.

I'd like a better break down of what I was charged for and what I will be charged for when I ask for an estimate. My receipt only tells me the total cost of parts (not the breakdown) and doesn't tell me how much labor cost. The more I know, the less I feel like I'm getting ripped off. The men I spoke with were extremely friendly, but they were only able to tell me what my receipt read.

Pleasant experience, gentleman at front desk was extremely nice and professional. I waited while car was getting serviced was impressed with waiting room had everything i needed, a connection for internet, coffee, snacks and tables.
