Maryn Paulsen - Great experience. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen, which isn't that easy with my hair. Maryn has a great personality and is easy to talk with and she understands people and most importantly hair.

Excellent hair cut. Dean is always friendly and caring. Only problem is nearly always late (15+ mins past appt time). Apprentice came 20 mins after I was acknowledged and told they would be "right with me" to wash hair, stating that she didn't know I was waiting..

Good haircut for my daughter.
Good at helping reschedule for an earlier appointment.
She started 15-20 minutes late. Highlights lighter on the top of the head and darker on the ends. On top of the head doesn't look natural as I required.
