I very much like the doctors, optometrist, and staff. During appointments, I feel that I get a VERY thorough examination, in which everything is explained, and that I'm respectfully treated.
My SOLE complaint is feedback on ordered items. It appears that this location uses numerous phone options. ONLY one of these phones shows the name of the business--on landlines or cell phones. It would be MOST helpful if messages were left so patrons could call back.
Like many consumers, I monitor calls to filter out the nuisance telemarketers that the Do Not Call registry does not seem to stop.
I checked by 4 times over the 12 days before my glasses arrived. On the 4th call, I was told my glasses had not arrived yet, but the optometrist called me an hour later to say they had arrived the previous evening--but I received no message?! Perhaps next time, I'll ask them to text me.
My review would be TOP MARKS if communications after appointments could be improved.
