I should have went with a more well known and reputable company like ADT - it's as simple as that. My alarm was installed just 2 months ago and some battery is now completely dead rendering my alarm system useless. Trinity is closed on the weekends and they use a 3rd party provider as their monitoring service. So, I'm out of luck, stuck with a broken system and not able to leave my family home alone. When it is normal business hours again I'm usually told appointments take 2-3 weeks.

Call center had wrong contact information. It took three attempts to get it fixed.

like how responsive hey are when your alarm goes off and the followup call to see if they alert was a flaw in the system. However I was not pleased with the keyfob. It is not very functional or does it meet my needs. If I coose to leave this coming that wile the reason..

So far so good! I’ve utilized Trinity’s services for the past 2 ½ years (purchased my annual contract while my home was under construction) and so far I have absolutely no complaints. For the level of services I’m paying for, I must say that I’m completely satisfied. To date the customer service and promptness after receiving an alarm call has been exactly what I’ve expected. Periodically I’ll check my doors and windows to ensure all sensors are still operational, and two years later everything looks good. Several months after living in my home I experienced a situation where the sensor on one of my doors wouldn’t chime until the door was half way open, the technician was able to service my request on the date and time I was available. Overall the company has met all of my needs and I would recommend them to anyone who is requesting the same level of service I have.

The young lady in the billing office has lied to me several times. They out source alarm calls to a third party and all and all NEVER AGAIN! If I build anything with NV I will never use them. I will wait until after I close and go with someone else...

I have two phone jacks that are not working. Where the security system is in my closet was suppose to be 2 outlets for power since my stereo system will be going there. The security system is plugged into it and now I have no plug for stereo. also was suppose to get a remote for the alarm which was not on the list so didn't receive it. I have use adt for years and another local alarm company in NJ and have not had these problems. So no I would not use you again. or recommend Trinity.

I don't like these guys, and I regret listeninng to the home builder (Ryan Homes) and not researching more options when choosing a home security provider. Unfortunately, I feel like I was taken advantage of as a first time homebuyer, and got locked into a 5-year agreement. I've spent the last 5 years paying too much for too little service. I had to pay hundreds of dollars for extra equipment to get the system to work, and I'm not even sure what it really does. The equipment that came installed is in really inconvenient to use places, and we really don't see any value in the services they offer. Their customer service is often times difficult to work with, and my wife and I can't wait to get out of our contract. I even thought I was getting a deal, with the contract being for 5 years of service, and the equipment would be for free. Turns out 4 years later, I find out "not really", I was paying a higher than normal monthly rate that included extra money for the equipment.

Of course, last time I had this conversation with a customer representative this summer, letting them know I wanted to make sure my contract didn't renew at the end of this year, she informed me that she couldn't do that, and I would have to contact them in writing if I didn't want to renew my contract. This is obviously because they're hoping I forget to do that, and they can lock be into another year or overpriced and poor service. If you're a Ryan Home owner in the Richmond area, please, please do your research. Don't blindly go with Trinity because that's what Ryan recommended as a "prefered partner". You'll definitely regret it.

I don't like these guys, I don't trust these guys and I end every conversation with them feeling creeped out.
