While the exam itself was fine. I felt left the office was herding cattle. Seems five or six people were scheduled for the same time slot. The staff expects the patient to select frames after they have glaucoma medication in their eyes and cant see so whenthe frames are picked up the patients wonder if that is what they really pick. The office attempts to add up sells on the lenses even when the MD recommends against them. In addition once glasses arer received, they are simply handed to the patient without being adjusted. Customer service is horrible..
