I actually was served by Joy, who took my beloved broken Silhouette glasses to be repaired, but suggested that she just swap out the lenses with my backup frames while the favored frames get repaired. I never even "snapped" to the fact that those frames and lenses are the snap-in variety so I could wear my real lenses while the other frames are being repaired! Good for Joy! She did it while I waited and I left a happy woman.
