Appointment was to long. I arrives at least10 minutes before my appointment and didn't leave til I was there 1hr and 40m minutes.

Our apologies for not having done a better job informing you on the average length of time a comprehensive eye exam may take. A comprehensive eye exam can take anywhere from one hour, up to a few hours. Many factors can dictate the length of time for an exam. (i.e. medical history, findings during the exam, etc...) Certain findings may lead to a more extensive examination, which takes more time. Whatever the case may be, our doctors will give all of the needed time that each patient requires to ensure a thorough eye examination is completed. We will ensure for future purposes that we do a better job of informing our patients. Thank you for your review.
