Cost, time frame, and quality: I have always heard that when dealing with car repairs, you can expect to get two of those three. I'm happy to say that we were proven wrong: Tuffy Auto Service Center in Waukesha provided us with all three! Brian and his team are true professionals. Whether we've needed an oil change or a new axle, Tuffy has provided quality service, proactive communication about time frames and unforeseen issues that come up all at a reasonable cost! Our family considers ourselves lucky to have such a great repair shop nearby and will continue to call on Brian and his staff when the need arises. Because of Tuffy, we're having a great day.

This is the second time I have used Tuffy for service on my auto. It's hard to find a reputable place anymore. I'm sure I have found one here!
The repairs are done quickly and accurately. The prices are a little more than one would hope for, but, in this day and age, the prices are high everywhere!
