I appreciate the emails we got in the winter so we knew if you were coming or not. They were helpful.

For those of us to pay upfront for services like mulching etc it would be nice to know when those services are going to be performed and maybe a note to let us know they have been done so we know what to expect. Also, if anything is being done that would require me to keep pets in the house or off of the grass for awhile, a note to let me know when that is taking place would be good as well.

Overall, I am pleased and have had compliments on my lawn.

They do a reasonably good job but their attention to detail is lacking. Often have to repeat instructions and/or make repeated requests to get things accomplished.

Overall very good service. Hard to communicate with workers as none of the workers who mow speaks or understands English very well. As the workers change we have to review how we like our beds trimmed and that is hard to communicate.
