Last year I went back twice to get my new glasses adjusted, and your staff could not get them right. i gave up and had my dad adjust them so they would at least stay on my face. It should be noted that I am almost blind without my glasses.
This year I tried contacts. This morning I put in the new lens and can only see out of one eye. I am done with you.
We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the trial contact lens prescription you are in. Typically, when the doctors find a change in a prescription, they will issue the trial contacts to make sure that what they are finding will allow for the best visual acuity in a real world environment versus in the exam chair. We would be more than happy to take the information you give us about what is happening to your trial prescription and make the necessary changes to better suit your vision needs.
