Starting with the cons: They didn't clean the fridge and they arrived 45 minutes late. However, there are more than enough pros to make up for that. They did stay the entire three hours and all the dust & pet hair is gone! The bathrooms are clean and I am very impressed by the job they managed to do in the addition. The carpet looks almost new again!

The team I usually have on a regular basis are incredible and would always get 5 stars. My last Tuesday cleaning was two new ladies who were very nice and generally did a good job, but they left some things undone. Our dining room table was untouched with sticky rings and kid's fingerprints etc left behind. Not a huge deal but also not 5 stars.

The gals were very nice!

But they broke a treasured sculpture how do we get it restored?

Also what they used to clean the tile floors left a film. I tried tile cleaner, water, and then windex. it is partially clean in the hall but the kitchen is still stickey. What to do?

My appt was scheduled for 3pm last Friday. At 3:30pm, I called UCS to ask where the team was and they told me they were in "Arlington which is far." They called me back a few minutes later to say that the ladies would be another hour, so 90 minutes late. I'm dissaponted in having such a late appt when I have other things to do and also that no one called me, I had to make the initial call. The service was great, once the ladies arrived.

Unique Cleaning Solutions has cleaned my colonial style house one time and I am generally pleased with the results.The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned thoroughly. I would like a little more attention to the corners and baseboards during the cleaning of floors, but I would recommend this company to others at this point of my experience with them,
