Thank you for the review. I pulled your file here is the history. We installed the unit in November of 2011. We did 3 refills in 2012 and have done the 4 fills for this year (2013) that we were contracted to do. We do not run the system from mid November through mid February and the last refill we did for you in October will be your last one for this year. The 4 refills are per "season", that is the reason it may seem that the frequency is more often. I apologize if this was not clearly communicated but rest assured, you will never have more than the 4 refills that we contracted to do. Please feel free to call me at any time to discuss.
