Two days following a colonoscopy I had a great deal of lower left side pain. I called for an appointment, told them I was in pain and concerned, and had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. The day following that appointment I was up all night with extreme chest pains and nausea. My husband called 911 but after visiting with the paramedics decided to contact my doctor. I called the office and was told they would get back to me. Six hours later and two follow up calls by me, they finally called back and I was told to go to the emergency room if it was that bad. Not happy how either situation was handled.

Have been coming to the St. Mark’s gastro clinic for quite a few years, the staff, especially Dr. Jason Wills and Kristi and Jennifer who has administered my infusions have been extremely helpful and listen and responded to my questions and concerns. I have recommended the practice to numerous friends for any of their colonoscopy procedures or intestinal issues.

My experience at Utah Gastroenterology has been great. I saw Blair Monell, PA whom is an excellent practitioner. She listened to me and really helped to problem-solve my issues. Office staff was also pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Trowbridge and his staff are always very professional but extra kind also! I feel completely at ease when I go for my appointments and would recommend them to everyone that asks. I actually gave a friend his office number yesterday!
