When I called to book my appointment I was told the only availability was with someone who was new. I was apprehensive about this but the lady who booked me assured that there would be a seasoned stylist there every step of the way to make sure I got the cut I wanted. It started off that I had to wait 30 min after the time my appointment was booked for. I told the girl who was going to cut my hair that I had a long bob and wanted to keep it like that but did not want all the layering in the back that is hard for me to style every morning. I even had a picture. She preceded to part my hair down the middle even after I told her I part it to the left. She then began to cut my hair the same length all the way around. Taking off the longer hair in the front ( there goes my long bob). I had her stop and told her yet again I want a long bob. She realized she had messed it up and went and got another stylist. Fist thing the other stylist said was do you part your hair down the middle? When i replied No I part it to the left she took all the clips out of my hair and parted it to the side and said well 1st off we need to cut with your part. But by then the one side that the other girl cut to short looked crazy now parted to the side. The 2nd girl did her best to save it but my hair looks like it was done in my kitchen and uneven. I feel that I trusted I would be taken care of and was not. No one ever came to see what this new employee was doing until it was to late. I am leaving to go see family in Norway that I have not see in 7 years. I was hoping to feel good about my self. Unfortunately I am very insecure about my hair now and hate the fact that I am going to look like this in all the pictures with friends and family who I probably will not see again for a long time. I did not realize I was going to the beauty school. I thought that was on South Blv. Not to mention the 1st girl doing my hair was talking to the girl next to her about how bad the guy she was working on looked when he left. She even said "I can't believe you let him walk out looking like that".........well I can.
