The actual work done was what i expected and workers that showed up were polite, professional and clean. But the customer service and over all handling of the situation was 1 star. For starters they take your payment information on day 1, and then you don't hear anything from them 4-5 days. When i called I was told the the "scheduling department" would call me in a couple days. I never received that call, i just got an email stating "the work you requested will be done between 11a-3p on friday" Wow thanks for the heads up, i had no say or conversation about the day the work would be done.
Friday comes and its 330, no workers no call no one answering the phone number listed on google. I finally get a call back around 4pm and the girl states "oo the workers said they are stuck at another job so they cant make it today." Okay ? at what point did they know they weren't going to be able to make it, is it normal business practice to just let the customer hang around all day without any information or update and then not show up. Really glad i took a day off from work just to be stood up.
The girl on the phone apologizes and states, " Im sorry they'll be by in the morning early around 7am" Again there was no attempt to ask when i was available, if this time would be okay, what is my schedule like. Just "here's your time shut up and take it" Apparently the world revolves around Victors. I informed her this would not work and that i had plans that day, She said that was the only time available as they are booked solid for several weeks. So Victors misses the day they originally scheduled me, and now i have to rearrange my plans to accommodate them? This is not a good business practice. Well needless to say they don't show up at 7am, but I did get an email at 8am saying the work was scheduled to be done between 12pm and 3pm LMFAO. No call to inform me that the information i had received the day prior was false.
The work was done adequately and in a timely manner, workers were nice. No follow up from the company about the multiple fuck ups, or lack of customer service. Send your money elsewhere these people are not worth the headache.
