Overall, I had a great experience with the technician who fixed the leak in my yard. I wish he had checked for any other leaks in the irrigation system. A few days later, I noticed other areas of the yard that had water pooling, and it would have been nice if he did a quick check on the entire yard.

Thank you for your feedback. Jason is indeed a skilled and knowledgeable irrigation technician. Sometimes, after leaks are repaired and pressure is restored in the system, new leaks can appear. While we do run the system for a few minutes before leaving the job site, certain types of leaks can take a bit longer to resurface.
