I have lived in the SCV since the early 90's and have been to many dentists, looking for the right one. I have finally found them and wished I knew of Dr Gin and Dr Ryan years ago. I am a chicken when it comes to dentists because of the many bad dental experiences that I have had in my past. The entire staff knew this and made my appointment very pleasant. My husband had to make my initial appointment, because I probably wouldn't have done it on my own. They are not your typical dental office, they will not try to "sell" you something that you don't need. Many of the other dental offices in the area that I have been to try to push things that you do not need. They will tell you exactly what is recommended and you make the decision, there is no pressure. I originally went in for a broken front tooth, among other things. I had not been to a dentist for many years. Dr Gin told me that they would fix the front tooth first, because my smile was the most important thing. I am a business owner and it is hard to talk to people if you can't smile normally. Unlike other dental offices, they really care about how you feel about yourself.

My visit to Dr.Gin and Staff was pleasurable as always. Who knew that going to the dentist would be a pleasurable thing. Until I was introduced to Dr. Gin and Staff, certainly not me. I would highly recommend Dr.Gin and Staff to anyone looking for a pleasurable dental visit. Dr. Gin makes you feel at ease as does whomever you see.

Pleasant experience always. Very professional group. Don't like the need for 2 crowns, but who would? Trust Dr. Gin and appreciate her offer of courtesy discount. Staff is very nice. Lisa is a veteran.
