I rate this practice a five-star one because of Dr. Henry's patient-centric, knowledgeable care rendered with empathy.

Points where they can improve are better all around customer service by front desk and greater support to the clinician by support staff on most days. Tuesdays and Thursdays seem better than others but a light dose of training in these two aspects for ALL support staff will only help this aready good practice to achieve greater heights.

I already recommend this practice to others whenever I get the chance.

I've had a great experience, Dr. Milani and his staff have always been very helpful. Va Family Medicine does not just offers excellent professional expertise; they also take time to listen to the patient and work closely with them for a personalized and successful medicine!

I had blood drawn from my left arm. The person who drew the blood had a hard time finding a vein and because of that, I have a bruise the size of a half dollar (still as of today, 2/5/2015).

I've been using VA Family Medicine as my preferred provider for about 7 years now and have always been satisfied with their professional and carrying service. I recently switched over to a different doctor within the same practice @ their new location and I'm very pleased that I made this change. I'm seen @ my appointment time. I never have to wait and Dr. Henry, she is a delight. Down to earth, doesn't take her work too seriously, meaning the way she talks to you it's like talking to an old friend. She immediately puts you @ ease. She covers and/or explains every detail in a way that you fully understand. She takes the time needed so you are never leaving the appointment with unanswered questions. I never feel like she's in a rush. Dr. Henry, great doctor!

I had an appointmnet with Dr. Henry on 1/23/15. She is an excellent doctor and it's always a pleasure to meet with her. She listern to my concerns and worked with me to help solve my health issues. I always feel better leaving her office.
