The actual appointment was great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was that the online appt system sent me a confirmation that my appointment was on Monday at 5pm and when I arrived I was told the appt was for Tuesday at 5:15pm. Staff was willing to accommodate me on Monday but I didn’t want them to have to stay late so I returned on Tuesday.
