Your receptionist, Brenda, is very sweet. If I had any complaints it would be that she needs to slow down and actually listen to the patient on the phone. I had three things I needed to discuss, and after each item she was ready to hang up and I had to say...hold on! We were on the line less than two minutes, but I had reasons for my call and I just feel like my call wasn't important. Typically she is very sweet, but I was very angry when we hung up because i was made to feel like I wasn't important.
