I chose excellent because I was every nervous and they made me very comfortable and I found out that I need eye glasses and I didn't have to come outta pocket for my visit and glasses

I was very disappointed that I was not given a phone call to tell me the office was closing due to covid-19 . I recieved a phone call that my glasses were in and I couldn't go in immediately due to my daughter having a mental breakdown due to her mental illness so I went the next day and the office was closed I was not given a phone call telling me so I could hurry up and get them. And I had already put off getting my glasses due to financial issues. A month into this I'm having frequent migraines most likely due to my vision.

Dr Soileau and his staff are just awesome. Great to have them in my hometown. So incredibly courteous and down to earth, patient and always knows the answers to my questions and concerns. Ville Platte is truly blessed to have Dr Soileau and his staff right here. Thank you Dr Soileau !!!!!
