My first visit was last summer when I was impressed with the staff, procedure, and product. There was no hesitation to come back for my yearly eye exam. However, upon returning I had a led pleasant experience. The tech and doctor were kind and knowledgeable, however when I got up front to discuss payment, options, and insurance, I very much missed the experience I had last year. Last year they were able to describe to me a few different options and helped me find the best glasses for me. This time I found myself having to ask questions multiple times, double check contradicted answers, and overall walked out feeling disrespected. I am ordering new lenses and trying contacts, so will see how those experiences are. If they are less than ideal I will have no problem finding somewhere else.
