For a first time, it went pretty much as I expected. What I liked was the customer care and the feeling of not being rushed through. I found the doctor to be thorough, and took his time with my exam. I feel like I got a thorough eye checkup and exam for new glasses. I liked not being rushed and was able to take my time choosing new frames. I will be a repeat customer.

Complete eye exam after three year. Wonderful experience as a first-time patient. Everyone was professional, helpful, answered all my questions and didn't guess on a VA question, but asked for assistance. Extremely thorough exam with Dr. Blue who gave me immediate feedback during the exam and after exam while looking at photograph of optic nerve and retina. Very thorough and informative. Wonderful experience!!! The best optometry exam I've ever had and I'm 68 yrs young.

All the employees I came in contact with were friendly, polite, and patient, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable through the exam and glasses purchasing process. Dr. Cox was eager to show me the results of my exam and how they affect my vision. She also answered questions I had about surgical eye correction. A pleasant experience for me.
