She addresses all of your concerns and goes above and beyond to make sure your eyes are healthy. Her office is nicely decorated and very welcoming! Katherine, Our sincerest apology for your frustration with the schedule delays. We value all our patients' time and take this concern very seriously. That day was an anomaly and not how we normally run our schedule seeing patients within 5-10 minutes of their appointment time. We are a medical eye facility and there were red eye emergencies that needed that doctor's attention. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make up for this last experience. Thank you for your feedback and we value as our patient.
