Everyone is always sooo pleasant---from the secretary to the assistants'

I have been attending this Dentist office for 10 yrs. In the past I have had unpleasant

experiences,but since these people took over my husband and I have had nothing

but good experiences.

This whole experience was a complete failure. It all started off when I searched for a dentist through my insurance website. All I wanted was someone to do routine cleanings. I found someone close to my house, but when I called the number it ended up being a completely different office (Vista Village Dental Group). So I thought maybe the dentist I tried calling moved offices and I scheduled the visit anyway. Oh, keep in mind that I told the receptionist that I just wanted a routine cleaning. She set up a consultation visit (never heard of such a thing for a dentist). Once I got there, I realized it was not the same dentist, and this office is mainly for cosmetic dentistry, not routine care. The amount of paperwork to complete was way more than any other office I've seen. Then, when they took me to a chair, I had to wait forever. The dentist took about 30 minutes after my appointment time to finally greet me. She spent about 15 seconds looking at my mouth and spouted off stuff to her hygienist then left the room. It was very impersonal. Another large amount of time passed then someone else came in just to talk about Invisalign for 5 minutes. I eventually had to stop her and let her know that I wasn't there for Invisalign and I just wanted a routine cleaning. Someone finally came in an hour after my appointment time to start the cleaning. Again, it was very impersonal. Didn't say a word to me but stuck tools in my mouth and harshly scraped away. The whole time if felt like they were trying to sell me expensive procedures I didn't need. The one positive thing I will say is that the cleaning was good. However, I won't be going back.

I always approach dental treatment with fear of the pain. Dr. Hakimi is always very understanding and gentle with me. He is especially sensitive to my trepidation and makes me feel comfortable, even when performing procedures that are going to be uncomfortable.

Excellent dentist and staff. I truly love my dentist. I never thought that could be possible, but I do!

My visits are comfortable and pleasant. I had a great deal of work done and I have no regrets.

YOUR OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE PATIENTS WELL BEING. I WAS SO AFRAID TO EVEN GO TO THE DENTIST, I ALMOST DID NOT KEEP MY APPOINTMENT, AND WANTED TO RUN AWAY WHEN I GOT THERE. HOWEVER YOUR STAFF CALMED ME AND ASSURED ME AND UNDERSTOOD HOW TO TREAT SOMEONE THAT WAS AS AFRAID AS I WAS. I SAW THE DENTIST IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WAS VERY ASSURED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE BEST POSSIBLE TREATMENT. I CANNOT SAY I AM NO LONGER AFRAID, BUT I AM VERY ASSURED THAT I WILL BE TREATED WELL. I WOULD CALL THIS " LEGENDARY PATIENT SERVICE"...

Painless procedure, great staff. Some other patients were not happy and complaining and you could hear them in the waiting room, which made me nervous. I was very happy with my care and service.
