I am always treated very courteously by the staff. The specialist had called them and let them know he would be late, and they promptly called me to delay my appointment, which I greatly appreciate. With that said, Dr. Hashemi arrived 1 hour late, so I still had to wait an additional 1/2 hour for him. As he was obviously running behind, he had to juggle 2 appointments making each of us wait for several periods of time. For me, time is money, as I run a company, and this is not acceptable. Dr. Marjan, is my preferred dentist, as this rarely occurs under her watch.
