When my very active cat dislocated bones in her foot and ankle, Vista was too busy that day to take care of her, so we went to an emergency clinic where the cat was X-rayed, splinted, and medicated. It was an expensive visit. She hobbled around for six weeks, and we worried that she would need an expensive surgery, which they thought would be necessary. Our follow-up visit was with Vista, our usual vet clinic. The cat is healing, but we really don't know how well, or if she will walk normally. We need to wait and see. No talk about surgery. The visit and the follow-up X-ray were cost-friendly.
What I love most about my veterinarians at Vista Pet Hospital is how they don't get too excited about things.(I have been scolded by another vet for not brushing my cats' teeth.) They recognize my limitations as an owner, and they love animals. They're great with people, too. I've been coming to this hospital for my animals for 25 years. Thank you Dr. Davis, Dr. Gallagher, Dr. Marre and staff!
