We love Vista Pet Clinic and Dr Cook is the greatest. She is so loving and kind. She is working with us to improve the quality of life for our very allergy sensitive pug. Dr Cook has been wonderful in helping us find ways to minimize her discomfort and restore her playful spirit. We have taken our family pets to Vista for almost 20 years and have been very happy with the clinic and it's staff.
Called for an appt for my dog who was in pain. They were booked until the following week but the staff put me on a list in case of cancellation. Fortunately an appt opened up and they saw my dog the same day. Dr. Davis addressed her needs quickly and the staff was friendly and helpful!
Dr Scott was very helpful in trying to solve my dog's "hot spots." S'more is a Havanese and will be 9 years old in February. Dr.Scott was honest in his assessment. For now, he gave S'more a cortisone shot for the itching and liquid antibiotics to help with the lesions. But he was trying to help me problem solve for the long term. Are these lesions cysts? are they a result of food allergies? Not really sure, but he has a plan for what to do if the spots return after treatment. I was very happy!
Everything was fine, but I waited almost an hour for my appointment. They didn't really acknowledge it or apologize. I recently waited 20 min at the dentist, and they fell all over themselves apologizing. The dentist even gave me a $10 Starbucks gift card for it. I thought the way Barnes Prof Eye Care handled the wait was unprofessional and discourteous.
