We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we are not a spa that rushes services, as you said we like to provide a relaxing service. You were not just booked for a regular manicure which would be faster, but for a spa manicure, which in addition includes an exfoliating treatment, hand mask, and paraffin wax treatment and of course takes longer. Also adding the shellac gel polish added an extra 20 mins to your service as well which we can not control as it needs to set for a certain amount of time under the u.v. lamps. We had no problem with you coming in the following day to re-do your shellac polish as for some reason it did not set properly like it usually does and we did not charge you for this. The esthetician apologized more than once so it is not fair to say that she did not. Again we are sorry to hear you feel this way and hope you change your mind in the future and try us out again.

I still felt that the hands are too rough on the face when doing a facial.
