Please understand that VoiceOnyx monitors your network connection 24 hours a day and have procedures in place to notify our customers when their ISP or Internet Service Provider is experiencing issues. VoiceOnyx is dependent on a quality connection and that is why we assist our customers in troubleshooting with their ISP. As with all VoiceOnyx customers we are contract free and if you need any help with your transition to another provider please let us know.
