Our phones are always have a poor connection, the sound quality is bad and intermittent. I transfer most calls to my cell. Not worth the money we pay for service or the cost of the phones. We are going to change service providers ASAP.

Please understand that VoiceOnyx monitors your network connection 24 hours a day and have procedures in place to notify our customers when their ISP or Internet Service Provider is experiencing issues. VoiceOnyx is dependent on a quality connection and that is why we assist our customers in troubleshooting with their ISP. As with all VoiceOnyx customers we are contract free and if you need any help with your transition to another provider please let us know. Our only suggestion is to make sure that before making a final decision that the underlying issues are resolved. We are always here to help.
