Dr. Craig was great and especially the entire vet tech staff did an amazing job caring for Neo. I called several times during his over night stay and each time the over night tech was very caring about my concerns, patient with me and answered all my questions. I called several more times with questions about Neo's care once he was home and again, the vet tech staff were very supportive and the best I have ever experienced. I noticed they clipped Neo's nails during his surgery, which was awesome! They do it as a courtesy since the patients are under sedation, its the best time to clip nails stress free.

Dr. Sebestyen did a fantastic job on our baby girl. The whole office is extremely friendly and organized which helped my boyfriend and I feel at ease during a really stressful time. I was actually shocked at how available Dr. Sebestyen and his team were to answer any/all of my questions. All of the reviews on him are 100% true (and I did extensive research). I called to speak with him after we went in to have her looked at and receive the quote, and he was not in that day so the receptionist gave me his e-mail. I sent him this novel with 20+ questions, expecting to hear from him within the next few days. Within 20 minutes I not only had a reply, but a detailed explanation of everything that I had asked him, on his day off no less. I am more than appreciative of this, because I tend to be an anxious person. This, combined with the friendly attentive staff, great reviews, knowledgeable staff, clean/organized office, solidified my decision to have Olive's TPLO surgery done with VSS. Even though it's about an hour drive for us, we felt the price was fair and was more than worth it for the service that we received. She had to stay over night (which was unnerving for me), but I was given both the day time nurse and night time nurses' numbers. She sent me update texts and photos all during the night, and I was able to actually get some rest knowing she was in great hands. I'm endlessly thankful to both Dr. Sebestyen and their staff for making this process as easy and pain free as possible. If price or location is your main concern, I would go the extra mile and pay a little more to take your pet to VSS, our girl is already up and walking, putting weight on her foot and is healing up wonderfully.

I came to the office with a dire emergency. My 5 year old German Shepard, Luke, had torn his ACL in both knees within 6 weeks of each other. He could not walk, which was difficult for a 135lb dog, and I was an utter mess. From start to finish the entire staff was WONDERFUL! They made me feel at ease as soon as I made the phone call and even came out to help us get him out of the car! I can't say thank you enough times for basically saving his life! It's been almost a year since his double knee surgery and you'd never know that he had anything wrong with him in the first place! Thank you!!!!!!

My pup has had 2 significant leg surgeries and Dr. Sebastian and all the staff are fabulous. They have and continue to take good care of my furkid.

The staff is very caring and compassionate. I am a bit disappointed that nobody called to check on Riley's progress Monday. Also, when looking at the surgery breakdown, it seems that the markups are rather excessive (ex: consumable gowns, glove, drape $80 x2). Otherwise, I am extremely happy with this facility and feel confident that my pet is in good hands.

We have had the unfortunate need for our little dachshund to have back surgery twice within a 2 month period. We are lucky to have had Dr. Craig handle the surgeries for us. I can only say good things about VSS. Everyone is professional, very nice, and we always feel that the staff is confident in their evaluations and conclusions. This is important since we have been faced with some big decisions. Thank you to everyone at VSS!

The nicest thing was communication. Dr Craig called us after the surgery to discuss how the surgery went and the veterinary assistants were available 24/7 to discuss the status of my dog. When my dog was not recovering as quickly as expected we were informed that he would need to stay for an additional night and why. They even let us come visit him. I am a physician and don't feel like many human patients and their families are treated this well after surgical procedures.

This was Dexter's 2nd surgery and we think Dr. Cambridge and staff are great! We were greeted with friendly ladies at the desk and felt that everyone we came in contact with really cared about Dexer and his well being. The pictures that were sent of him to us in the evening were wonderful and we could see he was eating and comfortable. After care instructions were clear and concise. Would reccomemend Dr. Cambridge to everyone!

Extremely pleased and every aspect. Brought my dog in for an evaluation because of an unusual limp and I was not pressured to embark on expense surgeries for hip dysphasia ( and many vets make it a practice to recommend surgeries which are not always necessary or effective). Instead, I was given very thoughtful feedback by the Doctor who recommended some lifestyle changes that could help long term and avoid surgery options. The assistants were extremely friendly and organized with great communication on the status and updates while my dog was at the office being sedated for x-rays. Dr. Cambridge was very knowledgeable and even provided some other guidance regarding my dog and areas outside of orthopedic issues regarding neutering. I highly trust him and Inwould not hesitate to refer anyone to him or return for follow-up visits.

We were not sure what was wrong with our little Chihuahua. After visiting three different veterinarians and trying all kinds of medications and acupuncture, we were referred to VSS. We are so glad we visited this group. An MRI was performed and it was determined Josie had a herniated disk. Dr. Peter Sebestyen performed surgery on her on a Monday afternoon. By Wednesday, she was feeling better and by Friday she was almost back to normal. We thank VSS from the bottom of our hearts for giving us back our sweet little dog and taking away her pain.
