Very rude and not interested in helping at all ! Front desk girls are in the wrong position . Products should always be on hand as they are in high demand , they are always out !!!! New management needs to get it together

While we apologize that we did not have the exact product you were looking for, we do our best to replenish inventory as quickly as it runs out. Sometimes, it can be out of our control as some companies can experience back orders. However your feelings, the issue was not at any fault from any staff of the office, especially the front office staff. They do their very best to keep everyone up to date on appointments/scheduling, corresponding messages between providers and patients and including the arrival of product orders. You had not been notified of the product in stock, as we have yet to receive it. We ask for grace and patience as we are all human ourselves. In the meantime, we have supplied our patients with samples to hold them over until products arrive for purchase.
