This was the longest wait time I've ever had at WAX at this location. Typically, my wait is no more than 5 minutes but I waited approximately 25 minutes during this visit. I was slightly frustrated with that, but not impatient during the wait. The esthetician was knowledgeable and friendly during my appointment. I noticed that the front desk person was different as well as the esthetician (normally I get Carla for my services) which was slightly alarming. Overall, not great, but not terrible.
